SMS Platform Sales Manager
(based in the CIS Region)

About the Role:

As a Platform Manager, you will be their main point of contact defining the onboarding success plan to drive partner outcomes and keep engaging them on a regular basis to ensure they are leveraging our solutions in the most effective way. Using your consultative and analytical approach, you will be seen as a trusted advisor with industry expertise and identify new growth opportunities. You will build strong internal relationships and must be exceptionally organized. Nevertheless, most importantly, you are considered firstly as a partner and an advocate with engaging communication skills and experience working with partners in the SaaS/Communications industry. The successful candidate will work remotely however he/she must be a resident of the CIS Region.

Partner Account Management:

  • Partner Satisfaction and Loyalty
  • Answering partner
  • Relevant recommendations and development of the activity: being a force for proposals, sharing best practices, and use cases adapted to each partner
  • Dealing with invoices and financial documentation

Traffic Analysis:

  • Monitoring the traffic quality and making reports for tech team to take necessary actions

Routes for Traffic Flow:

  • Adjusting routes for traffic flow in order to increase revenue and margin of a company


  • Calculating and maintaining business cases and actual pricing with partners

Sales and purchasing processes:

  • Telecom market trend analysis
  • Searching and signing agreements with new partners

Improvement of the offer:

  • Identifying and reporting partner needs/demands internally
  • To be a driving force for product evolution

Knowledge and abilities

  • Fluency in English is a must (working proficiency)
  • Robust customer-centric mindset and approach
  • Detail-oriented personality with excellent account management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Instill trust and loyalty into the customer base
  • Tech-savvy attitude, with a good understanding of the trends driving innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud, and consumer areas
  • Self-driven and maintenance of a high level of activity, management of multiple competing priorities, and work effective in a results-driven culture
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and understand their needs and KPIs
  • Ability to speak in front of a small audience remotely


  • In VoIP\SMS or telecommunication APIs
  • At Vonage OR Twilio (or similar services) is a plus
  • As a Junior Account Manager at least 1 year of experience (internships included) in the field of Telecommunication
  • As a Middle Account Manager at least 3 years’ experience working in a customer relationship management or customer facing account management role with technical customer base
