As the Platform Sales Manager (Spanish Speaking), your primary objective is the business development of the company’s platform. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships while demonstrating outstanding organizational skills. Crucially, you will be recognized as a trusted partner and advocate, leveraging your excellent communication abilities and prior experience working within the Messaging Platform ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include managing wholesale relationships with carriers and aggregators, overseeing interconnections, expanding coverage, and driving new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality services. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the Sales team by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
You Must Have:
3+ years of Account Management experience in Software Solutions or Messaging Platforms
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) — this is essentialExcellent quality and breadth of interconnections globally and/or in your region of focus
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Ability to understand and analyze the industry and market trends; collect and interpret information quickly, and grasp complex issues with ease
Initiative and the ability to work with a high level of autonomy, demonstrating results-oriented thinking and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a proactive, problem-solving mindset\
Tech-savvy approach with a solid understanding of innovation trends in technology, especially in mobile, cloud, and communications
