we are looking to hire an:

Messaging Platform Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Platform Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive the business development of the company’s platform. You will establish strong internal relationships and must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills. However, the most crucial aspect of your role is being seen as a partner and advocate, with excellent communication abilities and experience working with partners in the Messaging Platform ecosystem. Your tasks will include managing wholesale relationships with other carriers and aggregators, overseeing interconnections, expanding coverage, and acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate should prioritize providing excellent customer support and delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will support the Sales team in generating new business and identifying opportunities with both existing clients and new customers.

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in Software Solutions
  • Excellent quality and vast number of interconnections globally and/or in a responsible region
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in BA, Business Management or similar
  • Able to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts / figures and quickly catch up on any complex issues
  • Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result oriented, organized and careful with details
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset
  • Tech-savvy attitude, with a good understanding of the trends driving
    innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud, and consumer
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage.
