About the Role:

The Candidate is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting the technical environment in SMS, by testing and conducting quality assurance of Bulk SMS, routing, and performing the necessary actions to maintain a high quality of SMS delivery. The Candidate must have the ability to test different routes for quality, analyze daily SMS traffic, maintain the route quality, manage trouble-tickets and prepare statistics and report as to contribute to the development of the business and maximize the profit. The desirable Candidate must be fluent in French as well as self-motivated and result-oriented, committed, and focused on targets.

You Must Have:

• Minimum of 5 of practical experience in the routing of SMS and A2P messaging business and SMS/MNP trading
• University degree in Economics or Engineering (or equivalent)
• Fluency in French and English is a must-have (both written and verbal)
• High customer orientation and high-quality thinking
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Team player with quick comprehension and willingness to learn
• Ability to build solid and trustful working relationships
• Independent, goal-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
