On behalf of a European SMS & Business Messaging Provider we are looking to hire: A2P Technical Support Specialist (Code TSTX522)

About the Role:

The role of the A2P Technical Support Specialist is to provide our customers with professional technical support via email, Skype and phone.

You Must Have:

  • Excellent knowledge of English – both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable and highly organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Logical thinker
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts

Considered a plus

  • German language
  • Fluency in other foreign languages would be advantageous
