Telco Academy Operations Associate

Are you a tech-savvy communicator looking to break into the global telecommunications industry? We are looking for a high-energy Telco Academy Operations Associate to work directly with the Director of our Telco Academy. This isn't just a support role, it’s a front-row seat to how the global telco world operates.

About the Role:

You will work close with the Telco Academy Director and you will be the "engine room" of the Telco academy, ensuring our trainees and corporate clients have a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day will include:

• Virtual Classroom Management: Organizing Zoom sessions, managing invitations, and acting as the "Technical Host" during live classes.

• Student Lifecycle: Managing registrations, handling email confirmations, distributing exams, and collecting results.

• The "Final Touch": Preparing and issuing professional certificates for our graduates.

• Customer Excellence: Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and student inquiries.

• Brand Promotion: Using Canva/Adobe to create engaging content and managing our LinkedIn presence to grow the Academy's reach.

Who You Are: (Profile Requirements)

• Junior: A Recent Graduate of any Business Administration studies.

• Ambitious: You are a recent graduate (1-2 years exp.) ready to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

• A Communication Pro: You have excellent written and spoken English.

• Design-Minded: You’re comfortable with Canva or Adobe Suite to make our announcements pop.

• Organized & Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Office Suite and Zoom like a pro.

• A “CAN DO” Attitude
