    Andreas can create durable and long-lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners. With his managerial aspects and capabilities, Andreas, as a director, can motivate his team and create solid and effective team-building relationships.
    From 2012 to 2019, Andreas was the Commercial Director at “Yuboto”, a Greek leading Telco & Mobile Marketing IT House with significant Enterprise Clientele, mainly in Greece, Russia, Balkan, Turkey, Middle East, LATAM, and CIS.
    He is a qualified Professional Business Trainer of the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance, Judge at GCCM Awards and CX Awards, Berlin and International Customer Experience Awards UK & Southeast Europe. Last but not least, Andreas is the author of numerous best-seller Sales books and manuals.

    In his role as Coordinator, Siavosh carefully plans and manages BMA courses, ensuring a rewarding educational journey. With a sharp eye for detail (thanks to his self-proclaimed mild case of “OCD – Organizing Courses Dazzlingly”) he navigates the specifics of course coordination. Paying attention not only guarantees the smooth running of programs but also creates an environment where learning grows, empowering Telco professionals to excel in their field.  Siavosh isn’t just coordinating courses; he’s cultivating a hub of Telco expertise, making BMA a magnet for excellence in the industry.

    Concerning his responsibility for the HR-HUB4TELCOS, Siavosh is the “Gate Keeper” of our 2K CVs database. He is the person who interviews almost all the candidates and makes sure to provide companies with the most suitable professionals according to the job requirements.

    As the Nomination Manager for the Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards, she ensures that nominated companies receive the guidance and support needed to maximize their participation and achieve their best possible performance. From start to finish, Efi provides expert assistance, leveraging the full range of tools and resources offered by the Awards Organization.

    With over 20 years of experience in sales, Efi is a powerhouse of motivation and results and a natural communicator with exceptional negotiation skills.
