About the Role:

HR-HUB4TELCOS is seeking a Senior SMS Sales Director to lead and scale SMS monetization activities for one of our partner organizations. This role is designed for a proven commercial leader who understands the SMS ecosystem end-to-end and can drive both volume growth and profitability in a competitive global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for SMS products and routes

• Plan and manage annual sales targets, forecasting, and budgeting

• Lead, mentor, and scale an international sales team

• Expand traffic volumes while continuously improving margins and profitability

• Develop and implement marketing and go-to-market plans in cooperation with internal stakeholders

• Strengthen existing partnerships and open new strategic accounts

• Drive the company to its next growth phase through disciplined execution and leadership

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of senior-level experience in SMS sales or messaging services

• Excellent understanding of the A2P SMS Ecosystem with established industry relationships within Bulk SMS (Wholesale-Enterprise, OTT, Business Messaging, Long Numbers, Short Code, VAS, etc.).

• Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering measurable growth

• Strong understanding of A2P SMS, pricing models, routing, and market dynamics

• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability

• Any nationality is welcome, European background is considered a plus
