Position: Senior DID Account Manager (Wholesale)

Work Time: Full-time – Remote

Salary: Based on Candidate’s experience plus bonus

About the Role:

  • Responsible for developing global virtual numbers business with Telcos & CPaaS carriers

  • Responsible for managing existing accounts & bringing in new carrier partners for bilateral business 

  • Understanding the specific requirement of customers and provide with the product team, customized and effective solutions 

  • Maintaining carrier relationships with telecom operators

  • Responsible for gathering market intelligence to ensure competitiveness

  • Coordinating with product team for service delivery and quality assurance 

You Must Have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in voice & SMS wholesale carrier business or selling global virtual numbers.

  • Knowledge of international long-distance voice & SMS business is mandatory.

  • Understanding virtual numbers like DIDs, Tollfree, 2-way SMS short codes & long codes.

  • Should have excellent relationships with tier 1 telcos

  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.  

  • Ability to participate in Telcos Conferences Worldwide
