About the Role:
Responsible for developing global virtual numbers business with Telcos & CPaaS carriers
Responsible for managing existing accounts & bringing in new carrier partners for bilateral business
Understanding the specific requirement of customers and provide with the product team, customized and effective solutions
Maintaining carrier relationships with telecom operators
Responsible for gathering market intelligence to ensure competitiveness
Coordinating with product team for service delivery and quality assurance
You Must Have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in voice & SMS wholesale carrier business or selling global virtual numbers.
Knowledge of international long-distance voice & SMS business is mandatory.
Understanding virtual numbers like DIDs, Tollfree, 2-way SMS short codes & long codes.
Should have excellent relationships with tier 1 telcos
Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to participate in Telcos Conferences Worldwide
