As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for professionals to join our remote technical support team covering Asia or Latin America time zones, and help bridge the European time-gap with excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Provide full technical support for our messaging platform, helping customers with configuration, integration, troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
Work closely with engineering, operations and product teams to escalate issues, propose improvements and ensure platform stability.
Interface with international clients in English, via chat, email, calls, and remote sessions.
Cover shifts aligned with European business hours (evening/night local to Asia or/and LATAM) to ensure continuity of service.
Maintain documentation, knowledge base updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
What We Require:
English fluency (spoken & written) is a must.
1-3 years (Junior) or 3-5 years (Medior) experience in technical support or platform support, ideally in SaaS, messaging, telecom or similar.
Comfortable working remotely in a globally distributed team.
Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work shifts aligned with European time zone.
