About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive NOC Technician with strong proficiency in Alaris and DID numbering for SMS to support our messaging and telecom operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience monitoring messaging services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality, resolving incidents, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with DID numbering for SMS and strong proficiency in Alaris.

• Experience in NOC operations, messaging support, or telecom technical support.

• Knowledge of SMS routing, SMPP, HTTP and messaging protocols.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to monitor systems, manage incidents and ensure timely resolution.

• Good communication skills, fluency in English and the ability to work independently.

• Availability to work according to the Philippines time zone.
