About the Role:
As the Platform Sales Manager, your primary objective is the business development of the company’s platform. You will be responsible not only the establishment of internal relationships but also a demonstration of exceptional organizational skills. Crucially, you must be perceived as a partner and advocate, leveraging your excellent communication abilities and previous experience collaborating within the Messaging Platform ecosystem. Your responsibilities include the management of wholesale relationships with other carriers and aggregators, the oversight of interconnections, expansion of coverage, and the acquisition of new customers. The ideal candidate excels in delivering exceptional customer support and is dedicated to ensuring the provision of high-quality services. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the Sales team by assisting in the generation of new business and identifying opportunities with both existing clients and potential customers.
You Must Have:
3+ years of Account Management Experience in Software Solutions
Excellent quality and vast number of interconnections globally and/or in a responsible region
Bachelor’s degree preferably in BA, Business Management or similar
Able to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts / figures and quickly catch up on any complex issues
Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result oriented, organized and careful with details
Positive and problem-solving mindset
Tech-savvy attitude, with a good understanding of the trends driving
innovation in technology, particularly in mobile, cloud, and consumer
areasFluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage
