Position: Key Account Manager – Technical Pre-Sales (Voice & DIDs) 

Experience: Telecommunication industry

Work Time: Full time – Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: Upto €5,000 per month depending on profile. Contractor/invoicing arrangement is acceptable for the client.

About the Role:

  • Closing: Take over qualified leads provided by the client's sales team and drive them through to contract signature, including commercial negotiations, pricing/rate sheet preparation, and coordination of routing setup with the client's technical team.

  • Account Management & Revenue Growth: Manage client accounts after contract signing, drive revenue growth, oversee renewals, and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Supplier-Side Collaboration: Confidently engage with both customers and the client's carriers/suppliers on routing, KYC, pricing, and interconnection matters.

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the Voice and DIDs industry, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals. Experience in SMS is a strong advantage, as many of the client's customers purchase Voice and SMS services together.

  • Previous experience working for a carrier, CPaaS, or CCaaS provider.

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of routing, interconnection, and the underlying systems, enabling effective technical pre-sales discussions.

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships and large accounts. The client's customer base includes enterprises, CCaaS/CPaaS platforms, contact centers, and call centers.

  • Demonstrated, verifiable experience with successfully closed deals and account growth.

  • Fully professional, fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.  

  • Ability to participate in Telcos Conferences Worldwide

We Offer:

  • Upto €5,000 per month depending on experience and profile. Contractor/invoicing arrangement is acceptable for the client.

  • Based in Europe, working remotely (work from home).

  • Working hours aligned with the (CET) time zone.

  • Travel: occasional, mainly for key industry events (MWC, WWC, etc.)
