About the Role:

As an SMS Account Manager, you will take the lead in managing client accounts, developing long-term relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of SMS services. You’ll focus on understanding client needs, driving satisfaction, and exploring new business opportunities. Your ability to navigate the global market, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple accounts will be the key to your success in growing the business and maintaining top-tier client relationships.

You Must Have:

  • 1+ years of SMS Account Management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in BA, Business Management, or similar

  • Able to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts/figures, and quickly catch up on any complex issues

  • Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy, and being result-oriented, organized, and careful with details

  • Positive and problem-solving mindset

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage
