About the Role:

As an A2P SMS Carrier Relations Manager you will be at the forefront of managing relationships with Aggregators & Network Operators, ensuring optimal service delivery, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in A2P messaging, coupled with your relationship management skills, will help maintain and expand the customer base.

You Must Have:

• 1+ years of SMS Account Management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in BA, Business Management, or similar

• Able to understand and analyze the industry and market; collect and analyze information, facts/figures, and quickly catch up on any complex issues

• Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy, and being result-oriented, organized, and careful with details

• Positive and problem-solving mindset

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language(s) is considered a high advantage

• Work permit in UK, HK, Spain or Cairo – preferably UK
